Machine Heart

The sad face of an angel bound in the face of a clock with the heart of a machine and a base of two crossed, rusty wrenches. This print is a macro photo I took of a piece of sculpture that I created using scraps of brass sheeting, discarded antique clocks, and small wrenches welded into the shape of a cross. This piece is small, the gears visible here are between 1 and 2 inches. It was the focal point of my gallery show in July of 2009. The show was requested to return for an encore performance in August.
