Highgate Cemetary, London 2007. I loved the idea of this saint holding a cross and having a rosary hanging from her belt. The cross is tilted, worn and dirty and her mouth and nose are broken off. The idea that this clearly devout woman is silenced says a lot to me about suffering and beauty in the same breath. This is one of my best selling prints.
