My Clockwork Heart

If I am still awake at 3am, all of the demons come out of my head and terrorize me in the dark. This print is a macro photo I took of a piece of sculpture that I created using scraps of brass sheeting, discarded antique clocks, and small wrenches welded into the shape of a cross. This photo shows an angel bound to a clock face with the number three distinct in the background. This piece is small, the gears visible here are between 1 and 2 inches. It was the focal point of my gallery show in July of 2009. The show was requested to return for an encore performance in August.
